We support AIMER. AIMER is the automatic, immediate arrest of any police officer who kills someone who was not trying to kill another person.
Incapacitation
Incapacitation is taking away a person’s ability, including their ability to defend themselves. Therefore, a criminal trying to incapacitate a person is the same as that criminal trying to kill that person. The criminal might be planning on killing the person once the person is incapacitated.
Taser Rule
If a criminal has a taser, they can incapacitate a police officer then grab the police officer’s gun then kill the police officer. Therefore, a criminal with a taser or any equivalent device or weapon must be treated as if they were holding a gun IF THEY ARE CLOSE ENOUGH…
